How to Request a Return

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Our team will review your request and provide a return shipping label
- Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided label
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the returned item
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part
